Job Role: As a Service Advisor you will be responsible for delivering a great experience for our customers booked in for servicing and repairs, Booking services and selling Genuine Spare Parts. Contact clients regarding vehicle specific accessories and options, completing repair orders and communicating any required repairs to our customers. Working collaboratively with the Workshop team to ensure all tasks are completed to the agreed time scales.and working with the Service Manager to generate higher throughput.
Experience/ Qualifications:
- Experience of working in a Service department in a dealership preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Kerridge
- Familiarity of warranty procedures would be advantageous but not essential.
