Service Care Plan Administrator
Job summary:
We are currently looking to recruit a Service Care plan Administrator to join our dynamic Customer Service Centre at Chesterfield. Within this role you will be the first point of contact for our customers with the aim of successfully converting this into a Service Care Plan opportunity and enhancing the booking selling aftersales products where necessary.
On the job training is provided and you will be paired up with an experienced advisor.
The customer service centre is open between the hours of 08:00 -18:00 Monday to Friday and 08:30 – 14:00 Saturdays. Full time hours are 38 hours per week, working shifts between the hours noted.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring all calls are answered in line with service level agreements, addressing customer’s queries via telephone and email. This is primarily an outbound role.
- The accurate qualification and understanding of customer requirements.
- Providing a quality customer experience, including interacting with customers, answering general enquires and effectively identifying customer’s needs.
- Understanding how to make aftersales products appealing to customers, ensuring routine servicing is up to date in line with the manufacture’s guidance.
- Up-dating and maintaining our customer databases and work in line with GDPR practices.
- Participating in team meetings to ensure adherence to best practices.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills with a flair and passion for customer service!
- A customer centric approach, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations.
- A professional telephone manner with the ability to quickly build rapport and inspire confidence in customers.
- Confident when using multiple IT systems at once.
- A tenacious approach with the ability to recognise and act upon opportunities when they arise.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- A true team player, able to work both alone and as part of a team.
