Venn Group are working with a Housing Association, who are looking to recruit a Service Charge Accountant to start as soon as possible.
The successful Service Charge Accountant will be joining a dynamic and growing organisation, who take pride in staff development and retention.
Title: Service Charge Accountant
Location: Kent
Salary: £50k per annum
Hours: Full time
Contract: 6 months
Duties:
- Calculation of estimates and actuals
- Manage a small team
- Prepare Service Charge calculations
- Update Service Charge records
- Assist in the annual Service Charge budget setting process
- Respond to audit queries and assist with the preparation of supporting documentation
Systems / Qualifications:
- Excel Spreadsheets
- Open Accounts and CX Civica
