Service Charge Accountant

Location: Southend on Sea, Essex

Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm

Duties:

• Prepare Service Charge budgets
• Working alongside other teams to ensure that budgets are realistic
• Dealing with account queries and budget preparation
• Prepare periodic reports
• KPI reports
• Analysis of income and expenditure
• Accruals and prepayments
• Ensure accounts are complete and queries are resolved in a timely manner

The ideal candidate will be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, preferably with Service Charge experience.
