Location: Flexible (Remote Working Available)

Day Rate: £400 (Outside IR35)
About Us: We are a progressive council aiming to implement a Service Charge system for approximately 3,500 households. Currently, there is no Service Charge process in place.
The Role: Lead the entire implementation of Service Charges from scratch. Responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing a project plan.
- Engaging with residents through consultations.
- Overseeing systems integration.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure project success.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in large-scale project management.
- Strong planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Flexibility to adapt to different work patterns and meet deadlines.
What We Offer:
