Hyde is looking to recruit a Service Charge Manager.

As a Service Charge Manager at Hyde, you will be leading the Service Charge Team to deliver accurate Service Charges for Hyde's properties. You will play a crucial role in managing team performance, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements, and contributing to the financial stability and reputation of Hyde.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to the Service Charge team.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and supportive team environment.
- Identify and provide ongoing training to ensure the team has necessary skills and knowledge.
- Set clear goals, monitor performance against KPIs, and conduct regular reviews.
- Stay updated on regulations, legislate, and develop Service Charge policies in line with laws and regulations.
- Lead the annual estimate setting and statement production for the team, ensuring accuracy and strict deadlines.
Skills and Experience Required
- Minimum 3 years’ of management experience in a Service Charge calculations and compliance role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of financial analysis and risk mitigation in Service Charge processes.
- Ability to manage end-to-end administration of Service Charges, including budgeting, reconciliation, and customer interactions.
