AddressConnexus is looking for a well organised, self-starter to join their busy, customer focused housing team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and development of Service Charges, responding to customer queries and ensuring that services are delivering value for money.
You will preferably have financial and/or housing experience but more importantly will need to demonstrate:
- Experience of delivering a quality customer service
- Great interpersonal, communication and IT skills
- An attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience of driving forward continuous improvement
This role has been identified as suitable for hybrid working which will be a combination of home working and working from our offices with Head office at Craven Arms and travel to other offices as required.
