Description

  • Manage lease agreements, ensuring all terms are adhered to and any disputes are resolved swiftly.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to leaseholders, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the property management team to ensure a smooth running of all operations.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of leaseholder records, updating regularly to ensure accuracy.
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure compliance with lease terms.
  • Liaise with legal departments when necessary on complex lease issues.
  • Ensure all leaseholder communications are clear, accurate and delivered in a timely manner.
  • Participate in team meetings, contributing to the ongoing improvement of service delivery.

Profile

A successful applicant should have:

  • A robust understanding of property management and leasehold agreements.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong organisational abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in using property management software and databases.
