Do you have experience as a Service co-ordinator?
Have you previously worked in a manufacturing environment?
GI Pro are working in partnership with a manufacturing company that are specialists in design, manufacture and installation of special purpose machinery and access equipment for a variety of industries inc rail industry, timber engineering, hydraulic presses, access equipment and materials handling.

Working hours for the service co-ordinator role will be a 40 hour working week, Monday to Thursday 7:30 - 17:00 and Friday 7:30 - 14:00

Job Description

To be considered for a Service co-ordinator positon:

• Managing Customer Calls/Orders
• Liaise with customers & suppliers resolving queries and complaints
• Ordering stock ensuring cost comparisons are completed
• Inform / agree cost and dates for the works to be completed
• Managing stock levels for parts
• Schedule service engineers to carry out the jobs
• Book hotels and travel for service engineers
• Organise shipments of machinery and pack pallets for dispatch
• Create purchase orders & sales orders
