- Basic starting at 30,000
- Bonus paid half yearly and yearly

- Ensure all Health & Safety arrangements are in place.
- Promote Health and Safety within the depot.
- Coordinate workload planning to meet customer needs.
- Schedule and manage the workflow efficiently.
- Maintain schedules for all customers.
- Liaise with customers regarding service schedules, updates, authorities, and completion of work.
- Liaise with the workshop to monitor job booking times, order parts, and ensure their timely availability.
- Create job cards, estimates, and invoices as needed and maintain accurate and timely updates on job statuses in the system.
- Accurately process purchase orders.
- Maintain equipment properly.
- Keep the site tidy, uphold housekeeping standards, and ensure site security.
- Undertake any reasonable duty specified by the Depot Manager and Company Directors.
- Industry experience required to advise technicians on jobs
- Strong IT skills needed for setting up and updating jobs in the system
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment at a busy depot
- Interaction with drivers, technicians, and parts suppliers
- Full training provided on internal systems and procedures
- Provision of company uniform
