Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries for breakdowns, repairs, and maintenance.
Assist in planning field-based engineer schedules.
Generate new business through referrals and marketing activities.
Provide service contracts and spare parts quotations.
Support with sales order processing and general administration.
Requirements:
2+ years of customer service and sales experience.
Polite telephone manner and IT literacy.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage workload in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with field-based engineers and awareness of health and safety.
