Responsibilities:
* Handle customer inquiries for breakdowns, repairs, and maintenance.
* Assist in planning field-based engineer schedules.
* Generate new business through referrals and marketing activities.
* Provide service contracts and spare parts quotations.
* Support with sales order processing and general administration.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of customer service and sales experience.
* Polite telephone manner and IT literacy.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to manage workload in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience with field-based engineers and awareness of health and safety.
