Excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for full training to become a Service Coordinator with a company who are market leaders in their specialist industry.

This role is working for a company who are specialists in the manufacture, sales and installation of a range of medical equipment. They sell to an international client base and are widely renowned in the industry for the quality of their products. Due to an increase in workload they are looking to add to their highly skilled team.
In this role you will be assisting the service department where you will be a key point of contact for customers and the Engineering team. You will be taking incoming calls and managing the inbox as well as helping to arrange diaries for planned service visits for Engineers. This role will be a Monday to Friday role working 8:30am-5pm.
The Role:
- Helping to arrange planned service visits on customer sites with the Engineering team
- Handling incoming calls and managing the Service inbox
- Specialist training given to enhance your technical skills
The Person:
- Have good communication and IT skills using Microsoft Office
- Looking for the opportunity for training to develop your skills
- Looking for long term progression with a market leading, international business
