Time Recruitment are excited to be representing a well-respected engineering firm based in Dartford who are looking to expand their service department.
We would really like to hear from candidate who have experience on Liftdata and coordinating service engineers.
About the role:
* Answering calls and emails on service queries and directing to the right department.
* Coordinating service engineers, including weekly service schedule.
* Logging breakdowns and repairs
* Issuing work completion certifications
* Ad-hoc admin tasks including ordering and reporting
About you:
* Excellent communication and organisation
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and ideally Liftdata
* Attention to detail
* Ability to think of your feet and prioritise tasks.
