This role is for a Service Coordinator in the Secretarial & Business Support department of a Not For Profit organisation. This position requires a team member with excellent skills in coordination, administration, and communication. Additionally a full clean driving license (3 points max) and willingness to drive a mini bus.

Description
- Driving a minibus on a daily basis for the first six months while you learn the job
- After the initial training you will be happy doing the scheduling and still helping with the driving
- Coordinate and manage the delivery of services, mainly the daily scheduling of circa 20 minibus routes
- Scheduling transport for service users and is is very complex.
- Consider travel time and dwell time (time for passengers to embark and disembark) the minibus
- Consider individuals special requirements and needs and build this into transport plans
- Work closely with team members to ensure efficient operations
- Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling and reporting
- Liaise with stakeholders and service users
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations
- Contribute to team meetings and organisational planning
- Help to develop and implement service improvements
- Manage and resolve any service-related issues
Profile
A successful Service Coordinator should have:
- You will have a full driving license with less than 3 points and be a confident driver
- You will be happy driving a minibus on a daily basis for the first six months while you learn the job
- After the initial training you will be happy doing the scheduling and still helping with the driving
- A strong background in coordination and administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- you will be happy working 4 week days and a Saturday and will have flexibility to work early or late shifts as requirements dictate.
