As the Service Coordinator you will be:
- Planning and maintaining online diaries for field based Service Engineers
- Managing planned maintenance activities
- Acting as a first point of call for all customer queries and logging these on the system
- Maintaining all service related documentation
- Providing reports and recommendations for processes and continuous improvement
As the Service Coordinator you will have:
- An understanding of planning tools and procedures
- A good understanding of CRM systems and service planning platforms
- Experience in coordinating a team of engineers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work well under pressure and meat deadlines.
- Familiarity with analytical instruments and techniques would be an advantage
