Service Coordinator -Monday to Friday, Castle Donington £24-25.5k

So if you love loves being organised, can juggle multiple tasks at once and thrives on offering a first class customer service to their customers this role will be a great fit for you.
So, as the Service Coordinator what will your day look like?
* You will be the first point of call for customers via phone and email
* Logging all service calls onto the system accurately
* Organising spare parts for the engineers prior to their site visit
* Keeping the customers updated with the progress of all jobs
* Chasing internal departments for updates
* Liaising with the maintenance team on a daily basis regarding the service status and highlighting any delays or issues
* Providing any additional costings to the customers when required
* Liaising with other departments within the business
So, as the Service Coordinator we would love to hear from you if you have:
* Previous experience working within a scheduling or coordinating role or similar where excellent customer service is key
* A high level of written and verbal communication skills with a confident and professional approach.
* Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to plan and organise your workload effectively.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9-5pm with half an hour lunch
