Customer Service And Marketing Coordinator

An Customer service and Marketing coordinator role with some marketing duties has become available working for a specialist construction business in a fun friendly company. Training will be given for the right person who will be CONFIDENT, HAVE GOOD IT SKILLS, AND BE AN EXCELLENT TEAM PLAYER and someone with minimal experience. This is a permanent position, a varied role and a great opportunity to work for a dynamic, forward thinking company located in the S21 area of Sheffield and offering an above average holiday entitlement Salary circa - GBP23-25K

Duties include:

• Follow up on submitted tenders with Clients.
• Building and maintaining relations with new & existing clients
• Update the company website and social media on a regular basis.
• Obtaining prices from third-party companies and processing quotations received.
• Answering general queries by telephone.
• Answering general queries by e-mail.
• Maintaining records, filing systems and computer files.
• Undertaking any other tasks/duties as may be reasonably required.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Knowledge of Document Management Systems would be an advantage; however, training would be given for the right candidate.
• Written, telephone and electronic communication.
• Ability to work as part of a team and without direct supervision.
• Able to organise multiple tasks and deliver within timescale.
