Spec:
• Client management of the UK Service Delivery team
• Client management of the operational units across Europe focussing on fault management, changes, service improvements, efficiency
• Management of the Operational delivery leads to ensure priorities and delivery against SLA and business needs is performed
• Driving in automation and best practise across the delivery capability
• Ensuring that financial costs are within budgeted expectations, and the agreed margins are delivered for the service.
