Here at settle we are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join our Housing team on a 12 month contract. This role works closely with other departments within the organization to ensure that services are delivering on KPI's set and contributing to the annual delivery plan. You will critically analyse performance and utilise customer feedback to continuously improve services and ensure the delivery of high-quality services to settle residents.

Requirements

Outline of Key Responsibilities...

  • manage Service delivery plans, monitor service performance, and work with managers to make improvements where necessary. You will also be responsible for reporting on performance to senior management.
  • be responsible for building and maintaining effective relationships with a range of stakeholders, including residents, contractors, and other internal departments.
  • influence colleagues at all levels across settle, working collaboratively to improve our services and resident experience
  • seek continuous improvement and driving settle-wide stability through bold delivery of service management disciplines
  • steer technical and operational support for services, activities and processes, providing leadership and direction to improve and stabilise services
  • be responsible for ensuring that services are delivered in a timely, efficient, and effective manner. This will involve developing and implementing Service delivery plans, monitoring service performance, and making improvements where necessary.
  • Seek opportunities to automate service processes and where technology can support with improved performance

We are looking for someone who has...

  • experience in managing Service delivery in housing
  • be able to collaborate with service managers and teams; adapting your style to the different profiles of those whom you work with
  • have experience of managing people and services, including managing a frontline team
  • experience of recruitment, training and performance management, and colleague development
  • have a good understanding of relevant legislation, regulations, and policies
  • experience in managing budgets and resources
  • use data and customer feedback to drive service improvements
  • able to persuade and influence others through a visible leadership approach to build collaborative internal and external networks.
