Our client is looking for their next Service Delivery Manager who will be responsible for the operational delivery of their Homes Repairs Team.
The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for all day-to-day repair requests and managing the planning function, so they have adequate resources available to provide a truly customer focussed, right first time and cost-effective repairs service.
Developing their customer offer will be key, understanding our requirements and developing service standards to match will be critical to their ongoing success.

About you:
You will be a manager who can collaboratively run a repairs service with a 'right first-time' approach whilst providing managers with guidance and support on how to manage productivity concerns and other managerial conversations.
You'll have strong interpersonal skills and be able to be build relationships across all areas of the business, working flexibly and collaboratively.
You will have the ability to clearly present and/or report complex information (such as contractual arrangements and terms) to a diverse audience along side experience of using data to support performance monitoring and customer service improvement.
You will also have knowledge of financial management of contracts and responsive repairs, including budget setting, monitoring and control.
