Working in a small and friendly team of 5 you will help co-ordinate up to 15 engineers and materials for a programme of monthly maintenance work as well as any responsive maintenance and repairs. Previous experience with planning or scheduling similar works would be highly desirable and you will be comfortable being on the phones dealing with customers, suppliers and engineers. You will also liaise closely with the Service Manager to resolve any ongoing issues.
Main Duties
- Processing Customer / supplier calls
- Programme and control engineer workload
- Programme monthly Routine Maintenance calls
- Keep customer informed of delivery dates and changes to pre-arranged plans
- Prepare and manage quotations for remedial work
- Source and order materials required to complete work ensuring deliveries are on schedule
- Ensure response times are adhered to wherever possible
- E-mail job details to engineers daily
- Price worksheets and invoice customers
- Raising supplier purchase orders & allocating to jobs
- Process Engineer work sheets daily
- Produce Maintenance renewal quotes and set up contracts
- General day to day admin
Skills and Knowledge
- Well organised
- Excellent customer service skills
- First class communicator with excellent telephone manner
- Previous experience with scheduling or planning works or Service Desk experience is highly desirable and at least two years office based experience
- Strong admin skills
- Good IT and PC skills, able to pick up new systems quickly

- Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm. (30 minutes lunch break)
