What you will do..
As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be using the latest tools and technologies to support internal and external customers across BAU and multiple interesting and challenging projects. Working to ensure that our product is available and performing at the highest standard for our clients while also ensuring that the internal team have the tools they need to perform.
Our technical services teams are made up of engaging, smart, and analytical thinkers who love to solve complex problems. Working in an open environment that promotes transparency and knowledge sharing.

Who you will be..
- ITIL foundation qualified
- Experience working on a busy IT Service Desk where you have gained a solid understanding of how ITIL works in the industry.
- Have demonstrable experience in troubleshooting and supporting bespoke software applications.
- Experience of managing and administering O365 products including Azure AD, Endpoint Manager and Exchange.
- Be confident working to strict SLAs, with the ability to multitask and prioritise to achieve the right outcomes for the customer.
- Effective communicator, both orally and written, to ensure customers receive the best service possible.
- Confidence working with colleagues at all levels, and a real flare for excellent customer service.
- Assume a key role in the management of major ICT incident.
