Job description

We have an exciting new opportunity to join a Wiltshire based IT team within an IT support role, this role is the perfect fit for someone who has experience within a 1st line support role looking for growth within a new environment.

Your main duties will be responding to calls and emails across customer issues and queries, responding to tickets, raising issues to the correct priority levels, covering a small range of infrastructure tasks and administration.

What we are looking for from you:

  • Prior 1st line support experience
  • Technical knowledge of Office365
  • Technical knowledge of ITIL
  • Technical knowledge of Active Directory
  • Clear and professional communication skills – verbal and written
