Service Desk Engineer

We’re looking for a talented individual to join the team as an IT Service Desk Engineer. If you’ve got experience in a similar role and you’re eager to take your career to the next level, then we’d love to hear from you!
This is a full-time permanent position with a salary of up to 32k per year.
Here’s what you’ll need:
Previous experience working on a Service Desk, both in person and remotely.
Knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Active Directory, and Group Policy.
Experience setting up computer hardware, software, networks, and printers.
What you’ll be doing:
Providing support and troubleshooting for applications, IT equipment, and networks.
Responding promptly to service issues and requests and escalating when needed.
Monitoring critical systems and acting as required.
Managing the Joiners/Movers/Leavers process.
Deploying and configuring software, workstations, printers, and more.
Providing documentation, support, guidance, and training to the team.
Assisting with IT projects as needed.
Occasionally conducting site visits.
