Lynx have partnered with a highly successful freight services organisation based in Birmingham who have tasked us to go out to the market to find them an experienced Service Desk Engineer to join their team.
The responsibilities include troubleshooting issues through to resolution, installing software, and monitoring existing systems.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Office365 experience
- Minimum of 2-3 years in a similar role
- Experienced with PC builds
- Excellent communication skills
- Azure experience (desirable)
- SharePoint (desirable)
