Southend Essex based client are looking for an accomplished Hands-On service Desk Team Leader to be the escalation point for the team and provide high level of support.

Requirements
- Recent Team Leading experience is essential..
- Recruit and develop Service Desk staff to complement each other and achieve collective objectives.
- Monitor and adjust KPIs, development needs, and training plan
- Develop and improve skillsets and specialisms.
- Lead the Service Desk team to exemplify a customer-focused culture.
- Take ownership of tickets and call queue; ensure calls are managed, allocated, escalated and resolved within SLA's
- Strong hands on technical knowledge of Microsoft Office 2019-Office365, Windows 10 - 11 and Active Directory management
Experience working in a Service Desk ITIL aligned environment is essential.
