Don't take our word for it...
Here's what our current placement student had to say:
"As someone without the typical IT background, I have loved my experience so far of working at the DT Service Desk. It has been a very eye-opening experience that has allowed me to see how the university functions behind the scenes which you can’t fully appreciate the scale of as a student. I have enjoyed the experience and have been able to improve my IT, problem solving and communication skills while gaining real-life experience. I love the team I work with, and every day feels different."
