Key Tasks and Responsabilities:
- Collaborate with company management to implement and execute key objectives for advancing business development.
- Investigate and address site issues identified during routine and emergency visits to customer sites.
- Participate in a call-out system, monitoring and responding to Critical Alarms from the iMAS telemetry monitoring system, providing reactive support as needed in coordination with other members of the Service and Operational teams.
- Contribute to the day-to-day operations of the Operations Department, striving for high levels of customer satisfaction, exceptional quality, and sustained profitable growth for the company.
- Support the company in upholding the highest standards of Health & Safety at work and Quality, in accordance with current legislation and company policies.

- Demonstrates technical competence, specializing in pumping station maintenance and adoptions, and excels in formulating detailed proposals.
