About Nicholls Boreholes: Nicholls Boreholes is a fast growing, privately owned, highly experienced company that installs and maintains Water Boreholes, Vertical Ground Source Heat Pumps, Deep Bore Soakaways for houses and business across the South of England. Having been in operation for over 12 years we have drilled nearly 3,000 boreholes installing specialist water systems and some of the most efficient renewable heating systems in the world. Our customers include individuals, businesses, hotels, bottling plants, farms, football clubs, property developers and golf clubs.
About this role:Service Engineer - Water Filtration and Ground SourceHeat Pumprole is a key to our business, the role involves you being allocated a van, and other Installation equipment for each project. As a Service Engineer ' Water Filtration and Ground SourceHeat Pump', you need to motivated and proactive individual with good organisational and communication skills who can multitask in a fast team-based environment. Exceptional communication skills are needed liaising with customers and coordinating our Ground Source Heat Pump and Water Borehole installations are properly installed to continue to operate efficiently for the whole of their operating life.
It is desirable if you have the following previous experience in: -
· PVC and Copper pipework
· Water Filtration and pumping
· A distinct advantage Boreholes and Ground Source
· Plumbing experience is essential along with an aptitude for problem solving with high standards of workmanship and a can do attitude.

Service Engineer ' Water Filtration and Ground SourceHeat Pump' - responsibilities and Objectives
Ensuring our customers always have an excellent Customer service experience with the Nicholls Borehole team.
You will be allocated a van, phone, tools, uniform and other installation equipment for each project. As a Water Filtration and Pump engineer your responsibilities will include and is not limited to:
- Deliver Great Customer service and experience to our clients - bring your personality to work and be personable and polite
· Read and understand site plans and schematics
· Order and track task specific materials and equipment
· Able to work both in a team and individually
· Able to keep clear and concise records. All documentation to be completed thoroughly to the company standards
· Be a clear and accurate coordinator, and have good customer facing skills
· Able to control stock and ensure levels are correct at all times
· Look after company property including van and tools
· A can-do Attitude is essential and being able to multitask and work under pressure
· Essential to be planned and organised and being able to work to tight time schedules. Good time keeping is essential
· Ensure company standards are delivered at all times, including being in work uniform and a presentable appearance.
· Be happy to travel and occasionally stay away from home when necessary
- Being able to priortise and manage own day and adapt to different working situations and being part of a team
