Are you an experienced manager of support for those facing homelessness looking for a role within Pembrokeshire working across a range of services inc.

Provision of housing related support to those residing in emergency and temporary accommodation including B&B accommodation a 24 hour site for up to 22 homeless individuals and 8 self contained pods. Community engagement that recruits and supervises a team of volunteers to assist with community integration and support

A Service Lead who can lead and manage Senior support Workers and their teams to deliver high quality, effective support services, community engagement and stakeholder involvement activities to a range of service user groups (who have found themselves homeless) that meet their needs and meet contractual requirements and financial targets. Reporting to the Area Manager.

- Arwain a darparu gwasanaethau yn effeithiol sy'n cydymffurfio â'r fframwaith rheoleiddio.

- Sicrhau bod eich tîm o staff yn deall ac yn bodloni'r safonau ariannol y cytunwyd arnynt

- Rheoli'r rota a'r trefniadau ar alwad.

- Arwain y tîm drwy esiampl drwy gynnal gwerthoedd ac ymddygiad Nacro a throi'r rheini yn weithgareddau bob dydd. Byddwch yn barod i wneud penderfyniadau anodd a chefnogi staff uniongyrchol i wneud penderfyniadau anodd.

- Sicrhau bod diogelu a rheoli risg yn rhan allweddol o'n gwaith cefnogi a bod unrhyw rybuddion a/neu ddigwyddiadau diogelu yn cael eu rheoli'n ddiogel. Bod yn arweinydd Diogelu atebol ar gyfer y gwasanaeth.

- Cwrdd â safonau ansawdd y gwasanaeth a sicrhau bod eich tîm yn cadw at yr holl safonau gweithredol a pholisi.

- Sicrhau bod yr holl gynlluniau cymorth a diogelwch defnyddwyr gwasanaeth yn eu lle.

- Cymryd cyfrifoldeb dros gyfathrebu negeseuon sefydliadol a lleol drwy gyfarfodydd tîm rheolaidd ac effeithiol.

  • Gosod amcanion clir a thargedau perfformiad ar gyfer pob aelod o staff uniongyrchol gan ddefnyddio'r broses arfarnu a monitro

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Effectively lead and deliver services which comply with the regulatory framework.

- Ensuring your staff team understand and meet the agreed financial standards

- Managing the rota and on-call arrangements.

- Lead team by example by upholding Nacro’s values and behaviours and translating those into everyday activity. Be prepared to make difficult decisions and support direct reports to make difficult decisions.

- Ensuring safeguarding and risk management is a key part of our support work and that any safeguarding alerts and/or incidents are safely managed. Be the accountable Safeguarding lead for the service.

- Meeting service quality standards and ensuring your team are adhering to all operational and policy standards.

- Ensuring all service user support and safety plans are in place.

- Take responsibility for the communication of organisational and local messages through regular and effective team meetings.
