Are you an experienced Domiciliary Care Manager Looking for a new role in the Northeast? We are looking for a Service Manager for a nationwide provider, which involved covering all complex care packages in the area and the role comes with an excellent salary of up to 50,000 plus a great bonus package and benefits.
As a Service Manager you will be expected to:
- Oversee intricate care services in a defined geographical area to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Aim for 100% compliance in both internal and external audits as a key performance indicator.
- Manage demand effectively to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Control costs associated with care services within the specified area.
- Implement quality assurance measures to uphold high standards of care.
- Resolve issues that may arise in the delivery of care services.
This role will suit a Service Manager with experience in a similar setting and excellent clinical skills in complex care, including peg feeds, ventilators, and tracheostomy management. You will also need:
- Level 5 or equivalent/relevant experience/qualifications
- Experience in a fast pace domiciliary environment
