Service Manager
Circa £100k + bonus
Central London - hybrid - 2x per week
14-Month Fixed Term Contract
We are representing a globally renowned brand who are looking for a Service Manager to join their team on an interim basis for a 14-month FTC. Operating in the media industry, this company are market leaders in what they do with an excellent reputation as a place of work.
As the Service Manager you will be leading a team of 8, and will take responsibility for multiple areas, including Digital Workplace, Application Management and End-Point Device Management. You will work closely with the other Technology teams whilst also liaising with key business stakeholders. The role will inherit a busy team, with a large backlog of work, therefore we are looking for solid service operations experience where you can help improve the efficiencies, processes and output of this team.
We are looking for:
- Good experience in Service Management, Service Operations or Service Delivery
- Strong knowledge of Digital Workplace processes, and able to identify strategies to improve and shape this function
- Exposure to some of the various Digital Workplace tools, PowerApps, CoPilot, ServiceNow, Jira etc
- Experience managing teams that own Applications, Device Management or similar Infrastructure teams
It would be a bonus if you had:
- Vendor Management experience, particularly onboarding and offboarding, and building a process around this
