We are currently seeking a dedicated Service Manager to lead our clients esteemed team and uphold the highest standards of excellence within their main dealership.
- Competitive Basic Salary: Circa £38,000, Plus Bonus

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of daily service department operations, ensuring seamless workflow and service efficiency.
- Leadership, mentorship, and motivation of service advisors and technicians to deliver exceptional results.
- Cultivation and maintenance of strong customer relationships, promptly addressing any concerns or issues.
- Monitoring and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance targets.
- Looking after 6 technicians including a master tech.
- 1 parts advisor
- 2 service advisors
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven track record in a managerial capacity within the automotive sector, preferably within a main dealership environment.
- Demonstrated leadership prowess and adeptness in team management.
- Strong problem-solving acumen coupled with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic professional setting.
- Technical proficiency in automotive systems and processes is advantageous.
