Are you from a Heavy Mechanical background and hold management experience? Do you want to play a pivotal role in growing a business, whilst utilising your expertise to seamlessly guide the development of engineers within your team?
This is the opportunity to manage and grow your own team of Service Engineers. You will receive training at every step of your career, which will unlock doors to further progress into senior management.
The company are a highly renowned, multi-million pound business who specialise in many niche sectors, such as agriculture, plant, construction and more.
You will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships and leading by example to ensure high standards of performance within your team.
This role would suit a Service Manager from a Heavy Mechanical background, looking to manage and develop their department to consistently drive company success.
