We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, self-motivated professional, with previous service departmental management experience to manage a team of Agricultural and Groundscare Service Technicians at our Littleport branch as Service Manager.
The role:
The successful applicant will have responsibility for managing departmental performance in line with financial budget objectives. They will have excellent communication skills dealing with customers and staff, leading by example and setting high standards of performance with their team. To providing excellent customer service and developing new customer relationships will be of paramount importance.
The ideal candidate would have:
Previous experience in the agricultural industry is not essential, as product/systems training will be provided but competence in Microsoft Office and Excel is required. The opportunity to work towards an ILM qualification is also available.
