Service Manager (Young People)

Cranmead is an Ofsted regulated Supported Accommodation provider that supports Young People in care to achieve their full potential. We are seeking passionate Service Manager to join our dedicated team in Worthing , working with 16-17-year-olds and using trauma-informed practices.

You will be leading a team, providing support and working collaboratively with colleagues and partners to keep our Young People safe and get the best results for them. We will support you through an induction process and offer bespoke, focused training to ensure your success in this role. In addition, you will have the opportunity for career progression and ongoing training to enhance your skills and knowledge.

In this role, you will:

• Actively develop and maintain positive relationships with all key partners.
• Lead your team to provide a person centred, service for our Young People in line with our psychologically and trauma informed approach to deliver excellent outcomes for our Young People.
• Work efficiently under pressure, even in challenging situations
• Work with your team to ensure Young People are supported to achieve their ambitions and aspirations through creative support planning and a flexible approach.
