Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Service Organiser - Administration based in Nottingham on a contract basis working full time hours.
The job:
Act as a first point of contact for a busy service over phone and email, taking calls and managing email boxes.Assist with filling in forms and applications, signposting for services withing the departmentProject and business support skills, arrange meetings, diary management, send follow ups, agendas, and take minutes/notesData migration and entry, electronic filing and managing databases & spreadsheets
The candidate:
Strong back office and administration skills requiredStrong IT skills, including MS OfficeMinute taking skillsPrevious experience in public sector or care sector in back office capacity preferred
