Hampshire County Council provides high quality public services to over a million customers. The Hampshire IT department plays a vital role in providing support to internal departments across a wide range of systems, applications, and services.
The successful candidate will be an integral part of theService Support team, providing operational support and help improving our business practices. With opportunities to develop skills in resourcing, project management, and data analysis this role would suit a candidate looking to take the first step in their career.
Key to the role is having impeccable verbal and written communication skills, being capable of multi-tasking and prioritising a varied range of tasks. Experienced in using the basic O365 suite, the ideal candidate will be a quick learner who is looking to expand on their current skills.
We are looking for a highly motivated person who is a good communicator with people and organisations at all levels. This role also includes the option to undertake a Level 4 Improvement Practitioner apprenticeship, for more information please see the apprenticeship standard.
