Service Support Coordinator Annual OTE: £30,000 (inclusive of bonus, overtime, and on-call payments) Location: Crawley, Manor Royal Job Type: Full-time, 12-month rolling agency contract We are seeking a Service Support Coordinator to join our team based in the heart of Crawley, Manor Royal. This role is ideal for someone who excels in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent organisation and planning skills, and can deliver exceptional customer service. If you are ready to start immediately and thrive in both reactive and proactive work settings, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Day to Day of the role: Answering incoming service desk calls and queries, logging customer calls, creating tasks, and checking contract status. Managing all open service requests and tasks in Service Cloud, ensuring all tasks have a valid email address and closing down service requests daily. Carrying out daily dashboard checks, managing past tasks not completed, and past tasks completed with errors. Overseeing all customer-related matters and handling any escalated issues. Communicating effectively with the engineering team to facilitate additional resources where required. Raising personal tasks, including holiday, sickness, and training for the engineering team. Checking activation and deactivation of engineers daily. Ordering requested parts and logging the order. Liaising with third-party companies regarding supply/hire of third-party items. Raising purchase orders for service. Booking hotels and flights for engineers as required. Scanning and attaching documents into Service Cloud and GAIA. Completing any other tasks as defined by the Service management team. Required Skills & Qualifications: Demonstrable experience in administration or a similar role. Excellent organisation and planning skills. Computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems quickly. Exceptional customer service skills, both verbally and written. Previous experience in scheduling and/or coordinating engineer or team members' diaries is preferred. Benefits: Generous holiday allowance.
