Our client, a highly stable and reputable company known for their exceptional employee care, is seeking a motivated individual to join their Service team on an ongoing rolling temporary contract.
About your new role:
- Schedule engineers for planned maintenance visits nationwide
- Manage engineer diaries
- Liaise regularly with internal and external customers
- Prepare and dispatch quotations to clients
- Maintain accurate customer contact history in internal systems
- Ensure strict adherence to SLAs and prioritize customer satisfaction
This role demands quick thinking organisational skills to tackle daily challenges effectively. As a key player the service team, you'll be instrumental in delivering top-notch support to colleagues across the UK.

Work Hours:
100% office-based role at our modern offices in Crawley, with onsite parking
Initial hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5.15pm
Transition to a shift pattern between 8am to 8pm post-training
Occasional weekend and weekday evening work required on a rota basis working from home, compensated with an 'on-call' allowance
