We are a leading provider of innovative security solutions in Rochdale, known for our expertise in Wireless CCTV. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated Service Team Leader to play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our services.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the security or technology sector
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic salary up to £25,500 DOE & attractive benefits package

Service Team AdministratorOverview:
- Monitor and upload daily service reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Investigate incidents, providing timely and thorough analysis
- Serve as the primary customer liaison, addressing inquiries, issues, and maintenance needs on site
- Provide feedback to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and understanding of service activities
- Offer assistance and coordination to the field engineering team for efficient service delivery
