Job Description :
- ServiceNow experience should be strong
- Identify, drive, and monitor actions required to foresee and course-correct escalations and mitigate risk
- Review variance and check profitability on all projects
- Coach improvement and brainstorm improvements in 1x1s
- Check direct reports’ utilization is on track for quarter
- Use deep understanding of client relationship to recommend surveying and review results for continuous improvement areas
- Act as the prime escalation point for EMO management.
- Escalation to the Quality Assurance team when project team is deviating from methods and tools appropriately, so that we can support them through the change
- Comfortable in C-level Sponsor and Exec Sponsor deliberations and escalations, balancing flexibility, and rigidness appropriately
- Managing directly or indirectly project budgets of over $1M+ with Agile or SCRUM frameworks.
