Services Data Analyst

We are looking for Services Data Analyst to be an integral role within the Quality Assurance Team, which supports the work of the Services Directorate in delivering information, support and advice to the Armed Forces Community.

As a Services Data Analyst you will use data and analysis to help the Services Directorate deliver operational excellence, drive improvements and meet the organisations objectives.

You will be responsible for delivering the data and intelligence, as well as seeking out and discovering relevant insights to support the organisations delivery operations and strategic direction.

Additionally, you will support the Head of Quality Assurance in preparing and presenting data, insights and intelligence and embedding a culture of evidence-based decision making.

You will be contracted to your home address, and you will perform most of your work remotely there using our collaboration tools to work with colleagues, with occasional travel (incl. for monthly team meetings).
