Pleasee note expereince within Housing or Sheltered Scheme is required to be considered. 

Role Purpose

• To provide a needs & risk assessment service to prospective Sheltered Housing Tenants.
• To provide a needs & risk assessment and support service to existing Sheltered Housing Tenants.
• To ensure that the highest standard of support is provided in line with regulatory & contractual requirements and internal policies & procedures.
• To ensure that the highest standard of support is provided in line with regulatory & contractual requirements and internal policies & procedures.
