My Client, a leading national business in their niche in the UK Construction Industry, is looking for a SHEQ Advisor.
The position is based at their office in the North West, with WFH and at the office and will involve travel across their multiple sites in England, Scotland and Wales, potentially on a weekly basis. Although based in the NW, this is a National role.
Essential requirements for the role include:-
- NEBOSH certification
- Full UK Driving Licence (Clean)
- At least 3 years experience in a comparable role within a UK business in Construction, Engineering, Steel Manufacturing or Heavy Industry
Preferred requirements include:-
- Multi Site experience
- Environmental Qualification egIEMA
- CSCS Card
Reporting to the Head of SHEQ and being part of a Team of 5 (Head of SHEQ, Head of Quality & Compliance, 2xSHEQ Advisor (of which this role is 1), SHEQ Administrator), the position is suited to candidates able to work accurately at pace, who thrive on being part of a very proactive and very busy Team and who are motivated by being a visible presence within the business and with external clients to actively promote SHEQ engagement with all stakeholders.
