Working with the wider engineering team you will be responsible for the planned maintenance schedule and responding to breakdowns keeping down time to a minimum on a wide range of Material Handling Equipment including Conveyors, storage retrieval systems, totes, shuttles, packaging machinery, labelling machinery and much more.

Key responsibilities for a Shift Engineer
- Planned Routine Maintenance
- Take ownership of breakdowns to limit downtime
- Strong Attention to detail
- CMMS use
- Service and repair of equipment on site
- Adhere to Health & Safety Guidelines
- Willing to learn and adapt to role requirements.
- NVQ/BTEC/C&G Level 3 Multi Skilled Engineer
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming, HMI interfaces, and industrial control systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Pneumatic and Hydraulic experience
- Ability to read technical drawings.
- Ability to work independently.
- Confidently work at height.
- Salary up to £49,904 Including Shift Allowance
- Panama Shift
- 6am – 6pm / 6pm – 6am
