Shift: Perm Lates Mon- Fri

Location: Hipperholme

A Brillant new position at leading Industrial Manufacturer at a family own business for a Shift Maintenance Engineer at their site in Lightcliffe. I am looking for a Shift Maintenance Engineer that is multi skilled, ideally electrical bias but would still consider a mechanical bias engineer that has strong electrical skills. Holding an engineering qualification, that also ideally comes from an industrial or processing background. The Maintenance Engineer will benefit from a technical and career progression as the company grows and will have the chance to grow their skill set. As a Maintenance Engineer you be working on breakdowns and planned maintenance which can vary week to week. The successful applicant will also need to have strong problem skills and be pro-active and hands on in their approach. They will also be involved in future engineering projects.

Skills required for the Maintenance Engineer:

• Have an engineering qualification.
• Multi skilled with ideally an electrical bias
• Or multi skilled mechanical bias with strong electrical skills
• Industrial or process background
• Experience carrying out planned maintenance and attending breakdowns.
• Continuous improvements
• Ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
