Position: Area Controller (Shift Lead / Manager)
Location: Holbeach
Salary: Circa 35-38k
Shift Pattern: 2, 2, 3 Days Only

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, monitor, and execute daily production plans to meet customer orders efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Lead and motivate production teams to achieve optimum performance, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
- Monitor performance metrics and quality standards, taking corrective actions as needed to meet targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, conducting risk assessments and audits as required.
Skills & Experience:
Must-Have:
- Previous supervisory or management experience in a production environment.
- Proficiency in IOSHH management safety standards.
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels.
- Attention to detail and strong time management abilities.
- Demonstrated knowledge of quality and technical standards.
- Experience managing KPIs and implementing process improvements.
- Comprehensive understanding of GMP and health & safety protocols.
