As we continue to grow our Site Director Sam is looking for Shift Managers “Shiftys” who can be the essential ingredient in bringing together our culture, vision and brands to life at Sedgemoor Services working in our Leon Team
Our pay rates are £11.57 per hour
What you’ll do:
As well as delivering fantastic customer Service and food your role will include supporting the training, coaching and motivating of employees to help them develop their skills and work successfully together as a team.
You will ideally have had experience in leading a team in a busy environment, and it would be amazing, though not essential, if you’ve had experience working in hospitality.
